Everyone can tell a home feels right. Almost no one can say why.

Clients see style, square footage, and price. What they cannot see is the reason one home lifts a family's days and another quietly works against them, so they decide on the only terms visible to them.

When you can name why a home works, evaluate it plainly, and show a client what would raise it, you stop competing on taste and start being trusted for judgment. That skill is teachable. That is what certification is.

The CHD Score

One number that makes the invisible visible.

At the center of certification is the CHD Score: a structured way to evaluate any home or floor plan against the four needs a home must serve, body, heart, mind, and spirit.

You learn to score a home, identify the specific gaps holding it back, and explain both in language any client can understand. It works on a listing, current home, builder stock plan, or drawings in progress. It is an evaluation, not a pitch, so clients can experience your expertise instead of taking it on faith.

For real estate professionals, coaches, stagers, contractors, designers, architects, and anyone whose work brings them into homes and conversations about them.

You'll learn to:

Evaluate any home or floor plan and give it a CHD Score
Identify gaps keeping a home from supporting its people
Explain what would raise the score in plain language
Use the Ambassador designation in your practice and marketing

Refer design work to a Certified CHD Practitioner and stay in the relationship, or carry it out yourself if you hold Level 2.

Practitioner

$997 · 10 hours · For design professionals

Full training for licensed architects, certified designers, and other professionals who draw and develop floor plans for a living.

You'll learn to:

Everything in Level 1, including the CHD Score
Run a Master Consultation™ that surfaces what clients cannot articulate
Design for body, heart, mind, and spirit
Identify the spaces a client's life asks for beyond the standard room list
Map relationships between spaces: togetherness, retreat, and flow
Produce a HomePrint™ that every drawing answers to

Before you enroll.

I am not an architect. Is Level 1 really for me?

Yes. If your work brings you into homes or conversations about them, the CHD Score gives you a structured way to add value and a natural path to refer design work forward.

Do I need Level 1 before Level 2?

No. Level 2 includes everything in Level 1.

What qualifies me for Level 2?

A professional practice that includes drawing and developing floor plans: a licensed architect, certified designer, or equivalent design professional.

How is it delivered, and how long does it take?

Level 2 is 10 hours. Contact CHD for the current format, schedule, and Level 1 timing.

Can I use the certification in my marketing?

Yes. Both levels carry a designation for your materials. Level 2 also includes the certification mark for use on your work and a practitioner-directory listing.

What if I want to refer work rather than do it myself?

That is the intended path for most Ambassadors. You identify the opportunity, a Certified Practitioner carries out the design work, and you stay in the relationship.
