Do you sell ready-made floor plans?
Not off the shelf, and that is deliberate. Every plan CHD produces is designed around a specific family or a specific builder's buyers, which is where the value lives.
How much does a custom floor plan cost?
It starts with the HomePrint™ at $3,500, the document that makes your plan yours. Full design fees depend on project scope, and you receive a clear quote after your HomePrint before committing to anything further.
Can you work with my builder?
Yes. A clear, complete, buildable plan with documented design intent makes pricing more straightforward and helps reduce surprises on site.
I already have a plan. Can you work with it?
Often, yes. Start with the life you want through a Master Consultation, then Talor can look at whether the plan can be shaped to hold it. You will get a direct answer either way.
